Roaming Lucille Coffee was inspired by our loyal black and tan bloodhound, Lucille. She lives by her nose — roaming, exploring, and delighting in the aromas around her. Her curiosity reminds us that the best experiences begin with scent, just like a great cup of coffee.

Our guiding phrase, Follow Your Nose, captures both her spirit and our philosophy.

Small-Batch Roasting

We began as a micro-roastery, crafting coffee in small batches with precision and care. Each roast is designed to highlight the unique qualities of the bean, ensuring quality and character over mass production.

A Piece of Coffee History

Central to our future is a Royal No. 5 roaster from the 1920s. This historic, cast-iron machine embodies tradition and craftsmanship. While it undergoes restoration, we continue roasting in smaller volumes — building connections, refining our process, and preparing for the day it becomes the heart of our roastery.
